Photo, video or thought

A photograph, a three-second video — up to seven with Premium — or two lines written on a note. One memory per day — and days you missed can still be filled in.

The month becomes a film

Your Polaroids travel along the line one after another, to the music you pick. Videos keep their own voices, and the music steps aside to let them through.

Where it happened

The name of the place sits under the memory. It names the village, not the house number: a diary should remember where you were, not hand out your address.

A gentle reminder

At the time you choose, and only if today’s memory isn’t there yet. If you’ve already pegged it up, the app keeps quiet.

Backup in one file

Export the whole diary as a single file, with a signature for every item. Keep it wherever you like and import it back when you need it.

Appesi has no account, no server where your photos end up, and no tracking. Photographs, videos and thoughts are saved in your phone’s storage and are not sent anywhere.

Almost everything is free.

Writing the diary, looking back through it, styling it, exporting and importing it cost nothing, and never will. Premium unlocks three things.

Premium

Unlocks Fill the days, which pulls a whole month of memories back out of your photo library at once, The film of the month for as many months as you like, and longer videos: five or seven seconds instead of the free three.

You try before you pay. One month of filling and one month of film are free: you choose which, and on those months you can work without limits and without an expiry date. Whatever you have already made stays yours even if you don’t renew.

It is a yearly subscription. The price is the one the App Store lists for your country, and you see it in the app before you confirm. It renews every year and can be cancelled at any time from your iPhone settings.
